Nurgle Gets Everywhere These Days

I decided to go with painting the last undercoated Skaven in the end, before moving onto the bare plastics (for which I will need a rattle can for undercoating I suspect). This meant that I had a choice of 1980s Clanrats, a 1990s Grey Seer, or a bunch of metal Plague Censer Bearers.

I decided to take a break from painting khaki cloth and went for the Censer Bearers, which I can't use because I need a unit of Plague Monks in order to "unlock" them. But that's a project for another time, when I inevitably expand the squeaking horde from 2,000 points to something that's closer to the 4- or 6,000 points of my Vampire Count or Empire armies.

The Censer Bearers are at a point where I suspect they can be quite quickly finished off tomorrow, so I'm hopeful that I'll be able to get the Clanrats sorted over the weekend (I'm going to be staying at a friend's house to dogsit from Friday to Monday, so blog updates are likely to be quiet but I will still be painting).
