And the Empress Magritta, I suppose. With the completion of the Captain of my little band of Marienburg Privateers I now have 600 gold crown's worth of primary colour wearing drunken sailors ready to brave the mean streets of Mordheim in search of this wyrdstone everyone's talking about. Who knows, some of them might even survive...

I'm disappointed by the photo quality, but it shows the general result! |
The duelling pistol is a dark bronze with gold detailing and highly polished wood furniture; the telescope is brass |
The big yellow cloak is a nice standout piece |
The pistol's just been fired, and the angle of the wrist and pistol suggests it's mid-recoil (which is what I'm claiming after being unable to get the angle I really wanted originally) |
The privateers in their finery! I think there might be a few more I should paint up somewhere, but they'll have to wait now |
With the Captain - and the entire warband - now done, I have nothing standing between me and the Space Wolves other than a desperate desire for more Battlemechs. I am due to recieve the Mercenaries Kickstarter which I backed at a quite irresponsible level at some point this side of Christmas, so who knows - maybe one day there'll be a knock at the door and a truly hilarious number of 'mechs will be handed to me so I can begin to muster a force to rival C's 90-odd Davion Guards!
